Stephen Donovan

Steve is a Jack-of all-trades for Community Auditions. He’s the one that’s asking the in-depth questions during Back stage Buzz, telling jokes to the audience before the show starts and hosting. All that after he does his morning show on 104.5 WXLO.

Steven Donovan was born in Malden, MA, graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Spanish. He briefly taught junior high before turning to comedy. He has been a standup comic for the last eight years and counting. Starting out in the comedy clubs of New York City such as Comic Strip and Gotham Comedy Club. He has performed at college campuses around the country, and warmed up television audiences at NBC. Three years ago he joined the morning show of 104.5 WXLO (Worcester, MA). I’m very proud to say that, much to the chagrin of Sister Michaela at the Cheverus Middle School in Malden, MA: “Yes, as a matter of fact, I am making a living at goofing around. Thank you, Sister.”
